Success Stories

There are many organizations that can quote many statistics to illustrate their success rate. The fact is that gauging success is not black and white. It is difficult to track graduates of the program 24/7.

Instead of quoting a success rate, we choose to share our success stories of our program graduates. After reading their stories and the testimonies of their families, you can judge for yourself the success of the regeneration program at No Longer Bound.

When talking about success at No Longer Bound, it is also important to mention that our success is not defining by sobriety. Instead, our success is defined by a life change in each man and his family that comes to No Longer Bound by building a successful relationship with Jesus Christ.

We believe that life is worth living sober because of Jesus Christ. If we solely focused on sobriety, we may show a man success for the rest of his life but have failed him miserably for his eternity.

Please take a moment and read about the history of No Longer Bound and many of our success stories.

Success Stories

When I think about what No Longer Bound means to our family, as parents of a graduate, I don’t know where to begin. We came to NLB when our son, Edward, entered the program in 2005. Much to our relief and joy, this did happen due to God’s faithfulness. Edward stayed at No Longer Bound through several failures and the staff at NLB was relentless in their passion to see Edward set free.

Success Stories

My name is Keith Shields and I have been clean and sober since September of 2005 thanks to No Longer Bound, my wife and God!

I am married to a wonderful woman named Barbara who supported me and the decision I made to enter No Longer Bound so that we could both live better lives.  Since going through No Longer Bound, I have been able to begin the restoration process for the many relationships that I destroyed while in my addiction. To this day, that and my relationship with my wife is still a learning process.
